Andreea Sichitiu has extensive experience as a litigation lawyer in major litigations in areas such as corporate and commercial law, labor and family law. Litigations on civil and/or disciplinary liability of medical staff, alongside with insolvency and enforcement proceedings are of particular interest to our colleague, who is unanimously appreciated by the law firm’s clients for her ability to synthesize, for her promptness and efficiency in managing special cases.

The in-depth knowledge of the legal framework, the experience gained from the investigation of the multiple cases in which she was involved, but also the significant experience in providing legal advice on various aspects of company law and/or real estate and construction law, provides our clients viable and tangible solutions and strategies.

A graduate of the Faculty of Law of the University of Bucharest in 2014, Andreea Sichitiu also speaks English, French, and Spanish.
