Knowing the cases in the smallest details, with a rigorous attention to evidence and facts, followed by drawing up a defense strategy that takes into account every single aspect – this is the activity of our colleague, lawyer Andrei Iordăchescu. “It’s like a game of chess: the lawyer will outline several defense options depending on the specific elements of the case,” he says.

Andrei Iordăchescu provides legal assistance and representation in the area of criminal and criminal procedure law. He also specialized in international legal cooperation in criminal matters, but also in drafting complaints before the European Court of Human Rights, a court where, unfortunately, Romania has had a lot of cases in the decades after the Revolution. Graduate of the Faculty of Law of the Babeș-Bolyai University in Cluj-Napoca, Andrei Iordăchescu continued his studies with a master’s degree in Criminal Science and Criminology, thus having a rich academic background and solid theoretical foundations for the cases he manages.
