Carmen-Elena Rotund is a graduate of the Faculty of Law of the Babeș-Bolyai University in Cluj-Napoca, continued her academic training with a master’s degree in Criminal Sciences and Criminology at the same faculty, thus having a rich academic background and solid theoretical foundations for the cases she manages. 

Our colleague provides legal advice, assistance and representation before courts in the field of criminal law and law of criminal procedure, having experience in cases involving organised crime, economic crimes, fraud related to European funds, and drug trafficking and illicit drug use. 

Over time, Carmen has distinguished herself by identifying and applying intelligent and well-documented defence strategies, followed by obtaining very favourable rulings.
