Are you curious about the main differences between the legal systems of European countries? Ask our associate lawyer Cristian Roman, who is specialized in national criminal law, the practice of the European Court of Human Rights and international judicial cooperation in criminal matters. Moreover, in the Criminal Law Writings you can read our colleague’s article on the recognition and enforcement of criminal judgments in the EU.
Cristian Roman graduated from the Faculty of Law of Babeş-Bolyai University, Cluj-Napoca, and then obtained the master’s degree in Criminal Science and Criminology at the same faculty. Our colleague stood out in the Iordăchescu & Associates team from the beginning through a consistent theoretical training which, together with the experience gained during the assistance and representation of clients before the National Anticorruption Directorate (DNA) and the Directorate for Investigating Organized Crime and Terrorism (DIICOT), enable him to manage complex cases both in the criminal investigation stage and before courts.
