He has over 20 years of experience in the area, a PhD in civil law, he is also an arbitrator and member of the Arbitration Commission attached to the Cluj Chamber of Commerce and Industry. During 1994-2000 he was a scientific researcher at the Institute of Social andHuman Research of the Romanian Academy, Cluj-Napoca branch. He was a judge between 1994-1996 and the beneficiary of research-documentary internships at the University of Paris XII and Paris II Pantheon Assas in 1997 and 2000-2002.
