Delia Ioniță, a lawyer specialised in criminal law and law of criminal procedure, graduated from the Faculty of Law of the Babeș-Bolyai University, Cluj-Napoca.

During her third year, she studied in Nijmegen, the Netherlands, at the Faculty of Law of Radboud University. This opportunity has enriched her knowledge with notions of international and Dutch law, which helps her to look at things as a whole, both domestically and internationally.

With a great practical sense, an outstanding capacity for analysis and synthesis, the desire to work and succeed, and by treating each case with commitment and involvement, Delia soon managed to gain the team’s trust and be involved in some of the major projects of our law firm. The experience gained quickly by doing so, along with the thorough theoretical knowledge she has, allow her to address a variety of criminal issues. On the other hand, due to the delicate nature of these cases, her optimistic and proactive nature, Delia also pays attention to creating a natural connection with the clients in order to ensure that they feel comfortable while discussing their case.
