The lawyer Florin A. Roman coordinates projects, provides legal advice and representation before courts in the fields ofcriminal and criminal procedure law, European law and the protection of human rights. He coordinates complex cases regarding the criminal liability of legal persons in which important distributors and suppliers of electricity and natural gas are involved. Lawyer Roman has completed in-depth studies in European Law and Comparative Law in Italy (Pisa and Padua) and in France (Strasbourg). He was admitted to the Naples Bar Association in 2012.
