Gabriela-Suzana Musteață graduated from the Faculty of Law of the Babeș-Bolyai University in Cluj-Napoca. She completed her academic training by graduating with a master’s degree in International and Comparative Business Law LLM in English at the same university.

The experience gained during the internships carried out both nationally and in Italy or Poland helped her to develop the practical skills needed for the legal profession and the ability to analyse the facts from a legal perspective followed by the identification of coherent and strong arguments. The numerous and diverse volunteering activities in which our colleague is involved have taught her what team spirit really means and how to collaborate with various types of people, abilities that she is currently using as a lawyer.

Gabriela joined the Iordăchescu & Associates team in 2020 and she specialises in civil, administrative and urban law. The attention to detail, the ability to synthesise and analyse, and also the enthusiasm and perseverance recommends her as a reliable partner of our clients.
